When can I expect my shipment? All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1 business day after order placement. Deliveries arrive 5‑7 business days after dispatch, subject to carrier performance and destination accessibility. What are the shipping fees? Our flat shipping rate is 8.99 USD for all destinations worldwide.

Can I ship to an address different from my card billing address? Yes, this is allowed.

How are my orders shipped out? Orders are processed on standard business days, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.
